Job Description

FULL-TIME POSITION AVAILABLE

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service
•Welcomes and connects with every customer.
•Discover customer needs and appropriately suggests breverages to enhance service and meet sales goals.
•Responds to customer needs and says thank you to every customer.

2. Provides quality beverages consistently for all customers
•Prepares beverages to standards.
•Brewing the perfect coffee and preparation of mock tails.
•Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all breverages.

3. Maintains Quality store operations
•Follows store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station.
•Follows standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing products.

4. Contributes to store profitability
•Follows cash handling procedures and cash register policies.
•Follows inventory stocking and recording guidelines.
•Takes responsibility to learn all aspects of the barista position.

How to Apply

Requirements:

•Minimum SPM with good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
•Basic knowledge of stock controls and barista works.
•Positive attitude, adaptability and personal effectiveness.
•Good interpersonal and communication skills.
•Willingness to learn and work under minimum supervision.
•Experience in the service industry would be an added advantage.
•Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
•Full time positions available.

Location Available:

1) TGV Cinema 1Utama (Selangor) – Opening on 8th June 2012
2) TGV Cinema Bukit Indah (Johor) – Opening on 1st June 2012

Salary Range :
RM1,100 – RM1,400 + EPF and SOCSO + Overtime +Employee benefits
