Job Description

FULL-TIME POSITION AVAILABLE

Responsibilities:

•Be a part of the management team and should have the ability to contribute in the setting and achieving of our premier cinema hall objectives.
•Must be creative in food preparation and presentation.
•To ensure the quality production and compliance with guest requests.
•Should be able to multi task and work efficiently in a team environment.
•Ensure that food preparation and handling is in accordance to HACCP standards.
•Accountable for ordering and receiving of raw material and controlling food preparation.
•Monitor and control food cost by minimizing on spoilages and wastage.
•Ensure that all areas in the kitchen are maintained at the highest standard of cleanliness.

How to Apply

Requirements:
•Must possess at least a minimum qualification of SPM or diploma in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service/Culinary Services.
•Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Applicants who are conversant in a 3rd language are preferred.
•Knowledge and experience in the Food and Beverage industry would be an added advantage. Fresh culinary school graduates are encouraged to apply.
•Posses expertise in Western dishes is a plus.
•Outgoing personality and good interpersonal skills.
•Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Location Available:

1) TGV Cinema 1Utama (Selangor) – Opening on 8th June 2012
2) TGV Cinema Bukit Indah (Johor) – Opening on 1st June 2012

Salary Range :
RM1,100 – RM1,400
