These terms are in addition to any other terms that individual Website owners within the CariPartTime.com may include for governing access to their Websites.

Any Non-Human Visitors to these Websites shall be considered agents of the individual(s) who controls, authors or otherwise makes use of them. Such individual(s) shall be deemed responsible for the actions of their Non-Human Visitor devices in the same manner as if they personally visited the Website.

The access rights granted to you under the Terms Of Use are non-transferable without the express written permission of the owner of CariPartTime.com. You are responsible for the actions of any other person who may utilize your access rights on the CariPartTime.com Website.

The following terms and conditions govern all use of the CariPartTime.com Website(s) and all content, services and products available at or through the Website. The Website is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other associated operating rules and policies (including, without limitation, CariPartTime.com Privacy Policy).

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the CariPartTime.com Website. By accessing or using any part of the Website, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any services. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer by the CariPartTime.com, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms.

The Website is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. If you are not yet 18 years old, you must stop using the Website immediately or else you can use this service only in conjunction with, and under the supervision of your parents or guardians. If you do not qualify, please do not use our Website. Further, your CariPartTime.com account and User ID may not be transferred or sold to another party. If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement.

Our basic products and services are free to both Employers and Jobseekers. However we may offer some paid upgrades for advanced features.

1. Job Advertising
CariPartTime.com does not encourage job advertisements that request deposits, placement fees, processing fees or any other fees similar in nature, directly or indirectly, and/or require Jobseekers to make purchases from the Advertiser (“Employer”). Any Advertiser (“Employer”) who posts such job advertisement is required to detail the information of the deposits, fees or payment requirement in the advertisement.

Although CariPartTime.com reviews all advertisements, you are also strongly advised to verify such advertisement with an accredited government agency. CariPartTime.com is not responsible or liable for any damages, loss or expense arising from or in connection with the above or any other job advertisements.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 Ownership
You do not claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership to any of our products or services, whether modified or unmodified. All products and services are the property of CariPartTime.com. Our products and services are provided ‘as is’ without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our organization (or any business or individual associated with CariPartTime.com) be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products or services.

2.2 Trademark
The trademarks, service marks and logo (the “Trade Marks”) used and displayed on this Website are the property of their respective owner. Nothing on this Website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any of the Trade Marks displayed on this Website. CariPartTime.com prohibits the use of the Trade Marks as a HTML link to our Website without the prior approval of CariPartTime.com.

3. Your CariPartTime.com Account
If you create an account with CariPartTime.com, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the account. You must immediately notify CariPartTime.com of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. CariPartTime.com will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.

4. Responsibility of Advertisers
By submitting a job advertisement as a Advertiser (also referred to as “Employer” or “Client”), you represent and warrant that:

  • the job advertisement will not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright, patent, trademark or trade secret rights, of any third party;
  • you have not described or assigned keywords to your advertisements in a misleading or unlawful manner, including in a manner intended to trade on the name or reputation of others, and CariPartTime.com may change or remove any description or keyword that it considers inappropriate or unlawful, or otherwise likely to cause CariPartTime.com to be positioned for possible liability;
  • the job advertisement is not spam, is not machine- or randomly-generated, and does not contain unethical or unwanted commercial content designed to drive traffic to third party sites or boost the search engine rankings of third party sites, or to further unlawful acts (such as phishing) or mislead recipients as to the source of the material (such as spoofing);
  • the job advertisement is not obscene, libellous, defamatory, hateful or racially bigoted, does not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party and is not otherwise unlawful;
  • your site is not named in a manner that misleads your readers into thinking that you are another person or company. For example, your site’s URL or name is not the name of a person other than yourself or company other than your own; and
  • you have, in the case of job advertisement, clearly included job information, described the type and nature of the job and/or accurately categorized.

By submitting job advertisements to CariPartTime.com for inclusion on the Website, you grant CariPartTime.com a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the job advertisements solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing and promoting your job advertisements . If you delete job advertisements and advise CariPartTime.com, CariPartTime.com will use reasonable efforts to remove said job advertisements from the Website (generally within two business days), but you acknowledge that caching and/or other references to the job advertisements may not be made immediately unavailable.

Without limiting any of those representations or warranties, CariPartTime.com has the right (though not the obligation) to, in CariPartTime.com’s sole discretion (i) refuse or remove any content that, in CariPartTime.com’s reasonable opinion, violates any CariPartTime.com’s policy or is in any way harmful, unlawful or objectionable, or (ii) terminate or deny access to and use of the Website to any individual or entity for any reason, in CariPartTime.com’s sole discretion.

5. Exclusion of Liability
CariPartTime.com shall in no event be liable for any damages, loss or expense including without limitation, direct, special or consequential damage or economic loss arising from or in connection with:

3.1) Any access, use or the inability to access or use this Website, or reliance on the materials and/or any information on the Website.

3.2) Any system, server or connection failure, error, omission, interruption, delay in transmission, or computer virus.

3.3) Any use of or access to any other website linked to this Website.

CariPartTime.com, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including the warranty of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose and non-infringement. Any hyperlinks to any other websites are provided as a convenience to you and not an endorsement or verification of such websites and such websites should be accessed at the user’s own risk.

6. Indemnity
By accessing this Website, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CariPartTime.com from and against any and all claims, actions or demands, alleging or resulting from your use of the Material or your breach of the terms of this agreement.

7. Privacy
At CariPartTime.com our principal concern is the responsible use of information that users and clients share and disclose to us. JobStreet.com’s commitment towards guaranteed confidentiality and privacy at all times is clearly articulated in our Privacy Policy. As stated in the Policy, your data as a Jobseeker, will be released to Employers when you apply to their job. Please be advised that some employers might undertake to perform a pre-employment background check on you based on your application and/or interview. By applying for the position, you are deemed to have consented to such a pre-employment background check being undertaken with no further notice or consent required.

By using this site and providing information as a registered user, you are in agreement with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

6.1) This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia and users hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the Malaysia courts.

6.2) You are responsible to ensure that you comply to Malaysian law, regulation and legislation on employment. This includes your responsibility to ensure that you are of legal employment age in your respective State to apply for a job.

9. Website Terms of Use Modifications
CariPartTime.com may revise these Terms of Use for its Website at any time without notice. By using this Website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
